Oh, how tragic! I have to admit, the picture of Cameron pushing the snow blower made me feel tired! I love your pictures and the picturesque-ness of your new home!

    Hi Megan!

Yes, that photo makes me feel tired, too. I am just glad I didn’t push that thing for any longer than five minutes at a time…

Hope your new job is going fabulously! We’ve both come a long way from our Malaspina College days–time flies!

    Best,
    Laura-Jane

No one had a tractor to clear the snow???

Nope, we didn’t get a tractor until June, 2009. That’s, like, two winters of just using this push-blower thingy!

We haven’t used our new tractor in the winter, yet. But I imagine it will be much better, although I’m sure it will come with its own set of tribulations!

I have just stumbled across your blog and am finding it so empowering! What a lovely adventure of following your dreams :) If only everyone could learn to give up the junk and pare their lives down to the blissful necessities and start enjoying the little things like time.

thank you for taking the time to write this!
